As a 1/3 profile, I am very fond of exploring through bodily experience. I need to feel the flesh, blood and milk and get to the heart of the matter. And as a generator, I need to feel the energy that I will follow.

By listening to the whole range of sensations, we will be in direct contact with our body through the awakening in the body instead of analysis. Training of the awareness and attention will allow us to be with (notice) what is fresh-real. We will move from thinking about the experience to experiencing it directly. This will directly connect us with vitality and instincts and awaken curiosity.

The main aim is to develop sensitivity and deepen the art of discernment, which will allow us to be in deeper contact with our inner authority and listen to it better.

During the dance classes, participants will be inspired and provoked to become more deeply in touch with their bodies. To open up the potential of their own form and learn to grasp its abstract language, which speaks through feelings and its dynamics.

At the same time, we will aim to deepen emotional intelligence and the readability of its transmission. We will start stimulating the inner world and channeling the body’s energy. While reviving (bringing awareness to) dull places in the body, initiating into one’s own form and into the river of experience will take place. Through the senses, we will consciously process the space in the body and everything that is in it and around it. We will develop flexibility and elasticity, dexterity and dynamic of movement. The emphasis will be on developing the sensitivity and perception of both the physical body and its contents, as well as the feeling of the invisible sphere, the body of consciousness, which gives birth to everything essential and touches us quite intimately through our feelings.

Bio:

Dubravka Radonjić met Human Design for the first time in 2007 and studied it at IHDS (The International Human Design School).

In addition to HD, a large part of his life is devoted to developing creativity through movement. She is a pioneer in the field of dance therapy and her work over the years has inspired many individuals including mental health therapists. Her passion is playing with the possibilities of human perception of the world through channels inspired by the senses. She is an eternal explorer of the unknown and a beauty hunter with many years of meditation practice. She is here to initiate the spirit of others into direct knowledge and not just mental interpretation.

In her work she connects the abstract level (dancing body fluid mind-dance), the conceptual level (Human Design system) and the non-conceptual level (the phenomenon of all phenomena – anchoring ourselves in being-meditation ). For 17 years, she has been simultaneously and continuously penetrating all these levels, experiencing them, experimenting with them, studying, living and teaching them.
