Helene Hartmann is a Human Design Analyst and Living Your Design (LYD) Teacher based in Germany, with over a decade of experience in the Human Design experiment. She studied with Peter Schöber, Mary Ann Winiger, and Nisarg B. Nikiel, all of whom were directly taught by Ra Uru Hu.

Helene combines Human Design with psychotherapeutic approaches like Hakomi Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, creating a unique synthesis where body wisdom takes center stage. Her professional journey has included garden design and styling for photo and film productions, culminating in her role as a Human Design mentor. With the 34-20 Channel as her sole channel, empowering others is the essence of her work.
