Theme: "The Art & Science of Human Design"

In “The Art & Science of Human Design,” Kris Prochaska explores two complementary aspects of Human Design: its creative integration and its practical application as a healing tool.

Part 1: The Art of Design
Kris shares how she uses art, such as drawing and painting, to help clients and students integrate aspects of their design. Through interactive exercises, participants will explore the binary nature of Profile and the True Self vs. Not-Self. The session concludes with discussions to process insights and answer questions, creating a reflective and creative experience.

Part 2: The Science of Design
Drawing from her clinical experience in psychotherapy and ketamine-assisted therapy, Kris will share how she uses Human Design as a diagnostic and healing tool. Through case studies and interactive Q&A, participants can gain insights into their own charts or learn to apply these concepts therapeutically.
