About Nathalie:

Instructor at the BG5 Business Institute, Human Design for Business, teaching the BG5 Foundation and BG5 & OC16 Certification Courses in both English and Dutch. Working for the institute since it’s very start in January of 2016.

“My professional life has been a long struggling journey of repeated intense burnouts and depression. It is not a surprise that my only channel is the format Strength of Concentration (52-9) and I have it defined twice in my design.

Fortunately in January 2014 Human Design came on my path and I finally found what I LOVE doing, what gives me utter joy and happiness and true satisfaction in supporting people to live closer to their true Authentic Self, being able to shine like a bright light.

“BG5 Event & OC16 Experiment”

This is going to be a 3-part Offering:

1. OC16 Lecture

Human Design focuses on the individual empowerment, but when exposed and interacting with small or large groups, our auras become part of one group aura that operates under a different mechanic and impacts us energetically, differntly from other conditioning forces.

Since being in groups is natural part of our social, family, and work lives, being able to understand the impact that group dynamics has on us is an important aspect of our awareness. By looking at the nature of the Wa, a group made up of nine to sixteen people, we can better understand one of most potent forms of conditioning.

2. Experimental workshop & Case Study

Part of the experiment will be the “Networking meetings and Cocktail” open to participants and other Human Design Enthusiasts.

It’s about meeting people, sharing who you are and what you do, and gaining some valuable contacts and information that you can use to connect, make new friendships or use in your job search or at work in the future. And to make the most of it we will make it part of an experiment with networking games and stimulus. This event will be a part of an OC16 Experiment which will be used as case study in future education by the BG5 Institute. Let’s see if its a successful experiment and what we learn from it.

3. Analysis of the Experiment: “BG5 Event & OC16 Experiment”.

Nathalie will deconstruct for you the entire OC16 Experiment with each persons involvement in the WA of 20 people, their tasks and challenges during the experiment and what actually happened.
